What DeskPerson does
A clear answer. A useful handoff.
DeskPerson is a managed AI receptionist for home service businesses. Your business supplies the rules. Your team stays responsible for the next step.
Built around your Playbook
- Your greeting, services, service areas, and opening hours.
- The questions your office needs answered before following up.
- Approved answers, boundaries, and requests that need a person.
- A transcript, summary, and organized lead record from a completed supported call.
Try it before you decide
The public voice demo lets you speak with Ben using a fictional business. The written examples show how information can become a useful handoff. These are demonstrations, not customer performance results.
Booking and connected systems
Onboarding availability is confirmed individually. Appointment requests can be collected for your office to confirm. Direct booking, transfers, notifications, and production phone routing require the relevant connection, configuration, and successful testing before activation. The public demo does not book, dispatch, transfer, or send messages.
We review your scheduling and field-service software during onboarding. Naming a platform does not mean an integration is ready for your account. Connection access, supported appointment types, availability, booking confirmation, and recovery from failed requests must all be verified.
What we do not promise
- A captured inquiry is not a guaranteed job or a revenue result.
- A requested appointment time is not a confirmed booking.
- The public demo cannot arrange a real service visit.
- An unfamiliar question does not authorize invented pricing, diagnoses, or arrival times.
| Outcome | What it means |
|---|---|
| A captured request | The caller has provided details. Someone still needs to review or act on them. |
| A confirmed booking | The connected scheduling system has returned a successful appointment record. A preferred time alone is not a booking. |
| A completed job | Your business has verified that the work happened. Neither a call nor a booking proves revenue. |

The founding offer is $500 setup, followed by a seven-day live pilot. If you continue, the subscription is $497 per month with 250 live AI minutes. Additional live AI minutes cost $0.89 each. The pilot starts when your approved setup goes live; setup remains earned if you decline to continue.
